As part of an ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiative, the OU CCAN and OSDH evaluation teams have been charged with identifying and testing system innovations to improve practice. There are two layers to the current CQI process, involving a micro-level Plan, Do, Study, and Act (PDSA) initiative led by local HV agency personnel and macro-level Best Practices initiative led by outside consultants, both evaluation teams, and central HV management. Both levels of the process are currently underway and as results from each ripen, they will posted here. Please check back soon for the latest updates.
